14 DAY RETURN POLICY
Chic Jewelry thrives for 100% satisfaction on your purchases. However if there is something that you would like to return, you may do so within 14 days for exchange or a refund minus shipping and restocking charges.
You will have the convenience of reviewing you purchased product for 14 days from the dated of receiving your purchase.
Note: There will be absolutely no refund or exchange on custom designed jewelry. Custom means if you send us a picture to design a ring or request major changes on a current design. Please insure any merchandise when returning. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

14 Day Trial Return Policy:
We will accept returns for refund or exchange in the time stated above on all our items (Except Custom Jewelry, loose cubic zirconia stones, and designer jewelry boxes) in original condition with a 10% restocking fee. We will not accept returns for refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered or damaged in any way. If we performe engraving on an item incorrectly, we will replace that item with corrections. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
There will be absolutely no return, refund or exchange on:
- Rings and jewelry that are customized with NATURAL diamonds.
- Loose Cubic Zirconia Stones.
- Custom Designed Jewelry (Custom means if you send us a picture to design a ring or request major changes on a current design.)
- Jewelry Cleaner Products
- Designer Jewelry Box
- All Styles of Jewelry That Have Engraving
We will not accept any returns from out side of the United States. Please call us to make arrangements (213) 627-7002.
Cancellation Before Shipment:
There will be a 10% cancellation charge on orders that have been processed. Orders are usually processed within 24 hr. of placement.
Exchanging:
We will accept any item (except custom jewelry) for an exchange within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Simply return the item and we will exchange it with your new desired selection. If the purchase price of the original item is less than the new one, we will issue you a gift credit that may be used for future purchases. Shipping charges will be applied to new purchase. Store Credit:
Shipping charges will be deducted from all store credits given for return merchandise.
At platinum-wedding-and-engagement-rings we take great care to ship your jewelry. In order for you to return your jewelry, please follow the following directions. These directions will insure proper shipping procedures and allow your order to be processed in a timely fashion.
Call customer service at (213) 627-7002 in order for us to start the process and assign a RAN (return authorization number) to your order.
Secure your diamond or jewelry inside the original box.
Make sure to include all original wrapping, packaging and literature in the box.
Send item by placing the original box in a small shipping box and wrap entire box with paper mailing tape (Required for printing of ink stamp on package).
Write your Return Authorization Number on the box next to the shipping address.

Only ship the item by registered U.S. mail fully insured for the value of the item and request a return receipt for your records.
We will give you a notification once we have received you package. If there are any credits due, they will be issued within ten business days from the date the merchandise has been received.
Note: Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or noninsured returns will be returned to sender
Refunds:
Credits will only be issued to the original account number used for the purchase (No Exceptions). Credits are usually given within 10 business days of the request.

Authorize.Net Merchants and Transaction Security
Authorize.Net is committed to helping merchants minimize their risk of fraudulent transactions.
As part of our ongoing effort, Authorize.Net continually works to inform and educate
merchants on our available fraud detection tools and provide recommendations on
the features that are available to better protect themselves from fraud and security
compromise.
At a system level, Authorize.Net has several anti-fraud features available:
Address Verification System - AVS is a verification system that compares the billing
address information (Street Address and Zip Code) provided by the customer online
with the billing address on file at the credit card issuing bank.
CVV2 - is a three-digit security code appearing in reverse italic at the top of
the signature panel on the back of the card. Implementation of this feature requires
the user to enter the CVV2 code when making a purchase, helping to confirm
that the user is the authorized cardholder.
Referrer URL - This feature allows a Merchant to designate the URL(s) from which
Authorize.Net allows a transaction to take place. The URL must be listed as a
"Valid Referrer URL" in the "Manage URLs" portion under
"Settings" in the Merchant Interface. Through regular communications
such as email, Web site and Merchant Interface changes, Authorize.Net has also
advised
Merchants on additional actions they can take to detect,
prevent and manage fraud:
Actively use the Address Verification System (AVS) and the CVV2 features listed above
Change password regularly and use alphanumeric characters
Monitor transaction batches daily prior to settlement and look for suspicious transaction activity

ORDER PROCESSING
We
carry thousands of rings in stock. If you place an order before the 5:00 PM Pacific
time and we have the item in stock, your order will be shipped on that same day
via Fedex 3rd day delivery. If an order is placed before 5:00 PM Pacific time
and we do not have it in stock, your order item will be manufactured and will
be shipped to you in thre business days via Fedex 3rd day delivery. Under most
circumstances, we do not expect you to receive an order later that five business
days if order is placed before 5:00 PM Pacific time.*
