FAQ's

What kind of payments do you accept?

We currently accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Google Checkout, PayPal, and money orders for mail orders. We cannot accept COD at this time.

How can I order the merchandise?

We have two easy ways to order:
Online: (100% securely through our website)
Phone: at (213) 627-7002 to order by personal check or money order.
Please allow 10 business days for your personal check to clear before your order will be processed.

What are the shipping and handling fees?

Shipping is FREE.

I want you to ship my order to alternate address (not my billing address). Can you do it?

If you would like your package(s) ship to an address other than your billing address. Please call your credit issuer to add an alternative SHIP TO address before placing the order.

How long will it take to get my order?

It will usually take anywhere from 10-14 business days to receive your order unless we have the piece in stock which then we will ship 3rd day delivery.

Do you do international shipping?

At this time unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders internationally.

How can I return the merchandise?

We will accept your jewelry for credit to your credit card within 14 days of the purchase date. Please package all items securely. We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. Please allow 10 business days for credit to appear on your credit card billing statement.
Note: Although shipping is free, we will deduct the cost from the credit if the returned item is not defected.

How can I return a defective merchandise?

We will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 14 days of purchase. Please package all items securely. We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. Once we have received and processed your return we will ship your replacement jewelry to you immediately.

What is ‘Custom’ jewelry?

Custom jewelry is a piece that we design to your specification (metal materials, stone size or shape, etc…) or from a picture you provide to us.

I don't like the stone used or I want a different metal, can you make a custom piece?

Yes, it's possible to choose the type of stone yourself or the metal used, just contact us at and let us know what you would like at (213) 627-7002.

What happens to the sensitive data I submit over the Internet?

We store it for our records, but will never allow the data to be sold or used in any other way, not even for e-mail purposes unless you specifically ask to be included in any future opt-in mailing list. This data is regularly cleared from our server and resides permanently only in our database, accessible only to the owners of platinum-wedding-and-engagement-rings.com.

What if I don't want to give my credit card information over the Web?

If you prefer you can call our ordering department and place your order by phone using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Personal Check at our toll free number at (213) 627-7002.
